Quality Rate
Quality % = (Good units ÷ Total units) × 100

Worked Example

Scenario: 792 good of 800 total units.
Step 1: 792 ÷ 800 = 0.99
Step 2: × 100 = 99%
Answer: Quality rate is 99%.
